Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry at DFA strives to meet the spiritual and social needs of all ladies, young and old.  We want to help equip the women of our church and community by using the Word of God and prayer to change our lives and the lives of those we can influence.  

It is our desire that every woman recognizes her potential and calling in life.  We want to help you fulfill the purpose for which God created you.  Through monthly meetings, fellowships, retreats, and conferences, it is possible for you to use the gifts God placed in your life to touch the lives of others.  Our meetings are meant to bring hope and be refreshing to all ladies.  Our meetings vary between prayer meetings, bible/book studies, dinners with devotion, or fellowships.    

You were created by God to extend love by serving and nurturing. You were designed with special talents, gifts, and spiritual giftings. Can you imagine trying to have a relationship with someone, but never communicating with them? It would be impossible for the relationship to survive. Over time you'd drift apart until you didn't know one another. This is the same as our relationship with the Lord. He longs to hear your voice. The ladies of DFA reserve one meeting per quarter to be designated to devotion and prayer. We hope you'll join us as we grow closer to our Lord while growing closer to one another.
